I am a play therapist registered with the British Association of Play Therapist (BAPT). The work therapists do with children goes Beyond Play and supports children to learn and grow.

I aim to support families in the Southend and Leigh area to live happier lives by offering play therapy to children, supporting them to explore their feelings and learn how to express them in appropriate ways. Play therapy helps children to process experiences, regulate, and learn new coping strategies.
